Hilldale Gardens is a retirement residence for seniors in
Thunder Bay. It provides a setting for seniors to live independent, self-directed lives in
an environment of comfort and support tailored to meet their unique needs and
expectations. Hilldale Gardens, a three storey seniors' residence with 68 apartment style
suites and a variety of common areas captures the spirit of community and meets individual
needs for privacy. Monthly rental includes suite rental, meals and other services (see
below for details). Hilldale Gardens' culinary kitchen, warm and friendly atmosphere, and
life enriching activities set it above other retirement homes.

Hilldale Gardens is located on Hilldale Road near
Wardrope Avenue in Thunder Bay. It is adjacent to an existing condominium building and the
Hilldale Lutheran Church. The site has the benefit of being close to wooded areas which
captures an outdoor feeling yet it is close to shopping and other amenities.

What
kind of suites are available? |
There are several types of suites available ranging from
Studios at 389 square feet to Junior One Bedrooms at 455 square feet, to Full-sized One
Bedroom suites at 653 square feet. A Studio consists of a combined bedroom and sitting
area with a kitchenette, full bathroom and storage closet. One Bedroom contain a separate
living room and bedroom, a kitchenette, full bathroom, and storage closet.
